For more than 35 years, Paula and David have served as the dedicated owner/operators of Southwest Lock & Key. This family business not only has been their professional commitment for over 3 decades, but also the place where they raised their three daughters.

On any given day, you may have witnessed their daughters adeptly handling responsibilities such as answering calls, managing inventory, and assisting with various tasks at their former storefront on Southwest Parkway. The enduring success of this business has undeniably been a family undertaking. The steadfast support from loyal customers over the years has not only contributed to the business's longevity but has also empowered all three daughters to pursue and successfully complete their college education. In 2022, Paula and David made the decision to transition to a mobile lock service, bringing their wealth of expertise directly to your doorstep. They still serve Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas. With decades of on-the-job experience and training, they are equipped to handle any residential or commercial job.​
